Day 27 - trade UI and refactoring UI manager!
Hi,
Today I worked on the trade UI.
I managed to display the traveller’s name and additional info on the trade window.
Now, both requests and offers are properly shown.
That said, I’m still unsure if the current structure is optimized or readable enough.
I’m considering showing one request at a time and letting the player respond one by one—
I think this might make the interaction feel more engaging and focused.
I also spent time refactoring the UI manager, since the old code was... tomato spaghetti.
Hoping to deliver a recap video by the end of today or tomorrow.
